What this site collects, what it does with it, and how to have it removed.

Leander Pool Resurfacing collects exactly what it needs to call you back about a pool, and nothing it does not. This page lists every field the quote form keeps, where that record sits, who reads it and how to have it deleted. It is short because the honest answer is short.

What information this site collects

The quote form asks for five things: your name, a phone number (kept as digits only), the pool's ZIP code, what you need done, chosen from a short list, and a message about the job. When you press the button, the form handler also records the page you sent it from, the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string.

The form carries one hidden field, named website, that a person never sees or fills in. It exists to catch automated spam: if it comes back filled, the entry is thrown away and nothing is stored or emailed.

How this information is used

Each submission is written to a private request log on the site's web host, in a folder web visitors cannot reach, and emailed to the inbox the estimator reads. Those two copies exist for one purpose: so the estimator can call you back during business hours, schedule the free on-site inspection and write the itemized quote.

Nothing is sold, rented, traded or added to a marketing list. The details are not passed to any other company, and they are not used to send offers you did not ask for.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising script. No tracking pixel, no chat widget. The only record of a visit is the standard access log the web host keeps for every site it serves, which shows the page requested, the time, the IP address and the browser type, under the host's own retention rules.

Your choices and who to contact

Ask what is on file, ask for a correction, or ask for the whole record to be deleted by emailing admin@leanderpoolresurfacing.com or calling (555) 555-0100 during business hours, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm. A deletion request removes the row from the request log and the message from the inbox. Server access logs stay with the host, under its own retention rule.
